Costs vary based on the shipping location and the weight and size of the items in your order. To work out your shipping costs online simply follow the online instructions.

Only New Zealand domestic orders have tracking numbers. Please use the Courier Post Website to track your order.

What is your policy on returns?
At hukkit we want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange or credit.
Merchandise that is printed, washed, re-labelled or decorated is non-returnable. Only goods that have not been altered, dyed, or processed in any way can be considered for return. Please make sure you check your invoice is correct.
When sending returns back please indicate what you are returning and the reason why. In order to process your return as quickly as possible, please include your name, email address and invoice number with the goods and let us know if you require an exchange or credit.
All returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your orders. We no longer accept returns or exchanges after the 10-day period. If you have any other questions about returns please feel free to email teamhukkit@gmail.com
The item I received was defective or incorrect. Do I have to pay to ship it back to you?
If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please send the item back and include your receipt with the return.
I sent back a return, but haven't heard anything back.
Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email. Check your spam folder to make sure the notification didn't get marked as spam
